Abstract:
The article highlights some ways to solve problems associated with the emergence of the rights of the investor and Ministry of the Interior of Russian Federation, as a result of the construction of immovable property on the land plot, provided the right of permanent (unlimited) use to the Ministry of the Interior of Russian Federation. The provisions of article can be used for further theoretical research in the sphere extra-budgetary resources investment into the items of immovable property public institutions, subordinated to the Federal Executive authorities, in the work of Ministry of the Interior of Russian Federation in the field of capital construction.
