Abstract:
As a result of increased competition between high-tech industries enterprises in the global market it is inevitable to diversify their production in order to retain their competitive position. The article contains a set of measures for competitiveness management of diversified companies at various levels in order to increase the capacity of high-tech industries enterprises (including aerospace industry).
