Abstract:
Formation of legal regulation of mergers and acquisitions in the Russian Federation has a specific history of development. Study of various types of incentive payments are engaged as domestic scholars [Gvardin, 2010], [Molotnikov, 2012], [Gohan, 2012], and a number of foreign [Rid, S.F.; Lazhu А., 2007], [Grandi T., 2011]. For the integrated study of mergers and acquisitions in the Russian Federation to determine how developed the legal framework of sources governing the conclusion and execution of mergers and acquisitions. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the Russian market of mergers and acquisitions in terms of the country's ongoing process of redistribution of property. The author identifies as the leading trends of ownership concentration and the formation of holding groups in the domestic industry, which is implemented through the mechanism of mergers and acquisitions. Characterized by territorial and sectoral aspects of their development. The main directions of optimization of public policy for the protection of the rights of owners and their mechanism of redistribution. Findings of the study can be used for the development and improvement of corporate legislation and judicial practice in the field of mergers and acquisitions
