Task - analyze problems overcoming of counteraction in the investigation of the theft with the use of credit and payment cards. Model - methodological basis of the study are general and specific research methods, systems analysis of the phenomena studied and results. The basis of the study were scientific works in the field of criminalistics, analyzes of the results of the investigation of overcoming of counteraction of theft using credit and payment cards. Conclusions - article assesses the current state of theft with bank cards, propose measures to improve its effectiveness. Research/the possibility of subsequent use of results of scientific work - conclusions contained in the article can be used to legislative efforts to improve the existing legal acts. Practical value - statements and conclusions of the study may contribute to overcoming of counteraction to investigation during the investigation of theft using credit and payment cards.
