In article it is considered problems of the state and property in the context of globalization. Today the created main directions of globalization, economy, policy are allocated. The political sphere is of special interest. The author allocates and distinguishes levels, outlines of a difficult three-storied design. Methodology. When writing the scientific article it was used system, structurally functional, historical and legal, comparative and legal and other methods, the principles of unity historical and logical, the general and special. Conclusions. All most significant social and economic and political achievements of leaders of world economy are anyway connected with an intensification of the state invasion into economy. The state doesn't replace, and supplements the market, helping its development and improvement, and also compensating smoothings and anticipating its failures. Trouble of modern Russia not so much in blind copying of the western model of development, how many that until recently the «new» ruling Russian elite tried to adapt economic reorganization in the mercenary interests where the destiny of Russia and its people aren't of any value. Research framework. The conclusions drawn by the author of the scientific article can be used for carrying out further researches on this perspective. Practical value. Materials of article can be used in the course of teaching a subject matter «The theory of the state and the right», «Civil law» as the analysis of a ratio of the general theory of the right and the state, and also philosophy, political science, sociology and some other social sciences. Only then it is possible to investigate all interrelations and the directions of interaction, degree of an oposredovaniye and functional interdependence of the state and property, besides materials of article can be used by students of educational institutions for writing articles, reports, papers, etc. Value.
