THE GENESIS OF THE TERM «TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS» IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Task - to analyze the used terminology in international law on human trafficking, identify gaps. Model - as research methods used should be noted general and specific research methods, including historical and legal, legal system-and other methods. The basis of the study were scientific works in the field of history, international law, criminology, analytical materials. Conclusion - the existing system of definitions of key terms and definitions governing particularly important relationship in combating human trafficking, requires further in-depth analysis, specification and ordering. This applies particularly to the definitions, determining means, methods and practices of human trafficking. Scope of the study/the possibility of further use of the results of scientific work - study focuses on the analysis of the terminology used in the field of combating human trafficking in international law/ when writing manuals and general works on the history of the state and law, international law, writing special courses, as well as for further research in this area. The practical significance - the position and the conclusions reached in the study may contribute to increased attention to the issues identified, the effectiveness of the fight in the study area. Originality/value - prepared scientific article contains discussion questions and addressed to all who are interested in the fight against trafficking in human beings, in terms of the formation and implementation of state policy of the Russian Federation in the field
