Abstract:
In this article, the author analyzes European values from point of view of procedural law. The author examines prospects of application of alternative methods to enforce European values in terms of dealing with legal, political and social differences between EU Member States. During the research, the author gives evaluations of determined alternative methods of enforcement of European values.
