Abstract:
Objective. To analyze the state of the labor market, social and economic situation of people with disabilities and especially the organization of their occupational rehabilitation in Moscow. Methods: for solving the research used the methods of comparative analysis of socio-economic statistics, the classification of the questionnaire. Results: This study can be used in the preparation of proposals to adjust the state program "Social support for the residents of the city of Moscow" in the subroutine "Social Integration of Disabled People and the formation of a barrier-free environment", improve the regulatory and legal acts in the field of employment of persons with disabilities. Scientific novelty: is practical recommendations for the co-action of the employment of persons with disabilities on the basis of improving the organization of labor rehabilitation. Practical significance: it is that the resulting methodical and organizational-practical recommendations can be used in the activities of the authorities in Moscow to target social programs support people with disabilities in the labor market regulation, as well as companies involved in the programs of job quotas , in the implementation of measures to attract independent people with disabilities in the labor process.
