Abstract:
The article views the examples of investigative and court practice in criminal cases about sexual crimes, presents it’s critical analysis and estimation from the point of view of elements of the object side, and also compliances with the enactment of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation «On court practice in cases about crimes against sexual immunity and sexual freedom of personality» dated 04/12/2014 № 16. In conclusion the author identifies the criterions of «other sexual crimes» as the way of commission of sexual crimes.
