Annotation:
Previously, articles about the general characteristics of crimes against health and criminal-legal regulation of Art. 111 - 115 and 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation were published (in numbers 3 and 4 of our magazine in 2018). This article continues the cycle of publications about the qualifications of crimes in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes crimes of violence against health (art. 116, 116.1, 117, 119, 120) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. This article analyzes disputed issues that do not have a uniform interpretation in doctrine and legal precedents. A large number of scientific works have been devoted to the regulation of liability for bodily injuries. These include the works of O.Artyushina, E.Bagun, I.Boiko, G.Borzenkova, S.Borodina, N.Durmanov, N.Zagorodnikov, V.Zubkovoy, V.Kashepov, A.Korobeev, A.Nikiforov, S.Rastoropov, E.Sidorenko, D.Chitlov, M.Shargorodsky and many other authors.
