Annotation:
The article considers methodological approaches to high-technology companies’ human resource capacity building. This problem is the research subject of Russian and foreign authors, such as A. Ya. Kibanov, S. D. Valentei, M. G. Gildingersh, B. M. Genkin, A. Brooking, M. Armstrong and others. The main research methods used are statistical methods and methods of systems analysis. The authors proposed a programme of the development of the innovation component of employees’ personal potential, which enables them to make unique goods and services. Guidelines for designing the development programme are of practical interest to high-technology companies’ managers oriented towards increasing the efficiency of activities.
