Abstract:
The main and defining institutional success factor in creating an innovative environment in the organization is its management system, introduced in turn set of elements such as the philosophy of the organization and its corporate culture, principles of management, tools and techniques. The common characteristic management systems are most known for their innovative companies is to appeal to the internal incentives of employees: the desire for autonomy and striving for the mastery/perfection, and the aspiration to follow the Supreme goal, purpose, organization. In contrast, the traditional management system distinguishes hierarchy, centralization of decision-making, strict control and functionality, as a consequence, lack of motivation of employees to self-improvement and development. To increase the innovative capacity is necessary to understand the inner limits that are set on the existing management system and begin to the transform this system, aimed at creation of innovative environment of the organization and unfolding of the creative staff of its employees.
