The Institute for the protection of works and copyright protection in the world practice there are more than two hundred years, despite the fact that in the Russian Federation, he is still relatively young. Over the years of its existence it has proved its viability, and therefore doubt about the need for copyright protection at the international and national level almost no one there. The Berne Convention of 1886 was one of the first, fundamental international documents on the protection of the rights of authors and the protection of their works from illegal and unlawful attempt.
