Abstract:
This article focuses on one of the problematic issues of inheritance - the inheritance of copyright. In the article the results of changes in the legal regime of copyright inheritance from 1 January 2008 are analyzed. Given that a number of practical issues arising from the application of the legislation approved in the new edition of the RU Civil Code, not many problems have been reflected though formally the relevant articles have been several changes.
