Abstract:

The article highlights the main aspects of the reform of criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, couched in the Concept of Legal Policy of the country, adopted for the period from 2010 to 2020. General description is given to the key innovations of the draft of Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
