Abstract:

The article examines the socio-economic causes of crime in rural areas in the period 1958-1970 year in the Russian Federation, analyzes the issues of the structure and dynamics of crimes committed in rural areas for a specified period, the personal characteristics of the perpetrators of the crime in rural areas, the process of determination of criminal behavior.
