Abstract:
This article is based on the results of the survey on the status of the practitioners in a very specific segment of the activities of prison inspections. In the course of the expert survey found problems of legal regulation and enforcement, demand for foreign language interpreters and sign language (sign language), offers solutions in practice, as well as ways out of difficult situations faced by staff inspections. It is noted that the relevance of the challenges could grow in connection with itself can detect the increasing trend in the number of inmates to punishment without isolation from society of citizens of foreign States and persons with limited Health capabilities.
