Abstract:

Background. The article reveals the differentiation of criminal responsibility, which relates to the field of law-making and generally reflects the direction of the penal policy of the Russian state. This is due to its dynamism. Model. Analysis exposed the criminal law, which in recent years has introduced a significant number of changes and additions, and their content is often dictated by the specific resonance events in society. In this case, the principles, goals and objectives of criminal responsibility unreasonably sidelined. Conclusion.
