Abstract:
Due to the changes of individual role in economy, the problems of formation, reproduction, and development of human capital are becoming highly topical. Considering the fact that the resource of human capital is social investment from family, business and state, the article contains corporative social responsibility analysis regarding human capital. As one of the directions of corporative healthcentered activity as the factor of human capital reproduction, the system of smoking control in the company is developed.
