Annotation:
The article deals with human capital as a fundamental factor and resource, which is a key to the success of any organization. The ways of improvement of management instruments of the human capital are analyzed on the example of space industry enterprises. Recommendations on the management of human capital in Russian space industry are shown. The human capital is considered from a position of effective management at the enterprises of high-tech industries. It is underlined that the importance of human capital is incredibly high in any organization as well in the state economic development.
