Annotation:
The article deals with human capital as a resource, which is a key to the success of any organization. It analyzes the human capital of several foreign enterprises of high-tech industries. The current ratio of human capital world famous organizations is described. The article states that the importance of human capital is incredibly high as in the development of society and in the economic development of the state as a whole
