Abstract:
In this article the author depicts the essence of formation of conciliation commissions between the State Duma and the Counsil of Federation. The author gives the analysis to the following the provisions of RF Constitution, regulations of the Counsil of the Federation and the State Duma for the formation of conciliation commissions. The procedure of agreement of federal lows in the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation is fully described
