Abstract:
Objective: this article discusses the problem of having meaningful options annual reports from the Government of the Russian Federation, requiring public assessment by the State Duma. Model: the author has proposed different criteria, which could be the subject of assessment by the State Duma Conclusions: there is substantiated the idea that a fairly reliable criterion could serve as the program (plan) of activities submitted by the Government after its formation, the State Duma. The scope of the study: in conclusion, reveals a provision stating that the approval of such a program could serve as a kind of vote of confidence in the Government, and deviation from the program, would equate to a parliamentary vote of no confidence.
