Abstract:
The aim of the article is to analyze the concepts and content of criminological measures of crime prevention in ethnic conflict in Kyrgyzstan. The methodology of the study, basic provisions of the materialist dialectic: the private-scientific methods of comparative law, historical, system analysis; statistical and sociological research methods, and others. The research materials can also be used in the educational process in criminology course. The authors examine specific measures criminological prevention of crime on the basis of inter-ethnic conflict in the case of Kyrgyzstan.
