Abstract:

The authors examined the legal guarantees of convicted women through the prism of regulation and organization of their work in places of deprivation of liberty. The article presents statistical data characterizing the legal status of convicted women when organizing their work in correctional colonies of the penitentiary system of Russia, analyzed the current legislation of Russia regulating the order and norms of organizing their work. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors proposed a number of measures to improve the organization and regulation of work of convicted women.
