Abstract:

The problem. The objective of this article is to study the legal regulation`s problems of the pharmaceutical industry subjects interaction for providing the inadequate information about medicines for medical use. The form. The work was done by analyzing the legal framework and studying materials of the judicial practice dedicated to the issue under consideration. The conclusion. Currently, there are a sufficient number of gaps in the legislation about the provision of medicines information for medical use. This fact contributes to the emergence of a number of conflicts and creates conditions for the threat of the harm to public health. It`s necessary to improve the regulatory framework both at the domestic and at the international level. The singularity. As a result of this issue, the main problems associated with inadequate awareness of the medicine characteristics for the medical use was identified by the author as well as was formulated the scientific recommendations for improvement of the legislation rules in the medicine distribution field.
