Abstract:

The article discusses the similarities and differences of vandalism from related administrative violations; There is attempted delineation of vandalism as an administrative violation (petty vandalism), and vandalism as a criminal offence (Issuer 214, the criminal code of RF). This is due to the fact that impunity and a large number of minor vandalism achieve sustainable patterns of diffusion in criminal vandalism in its various forms that require special legislative interpretation. There is suggested a new wording of the Issuer about petty vandalism
