Abstract:
Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of issues related to the legal nature of the court penalty. The article analyzes the issue of the correlation of the provisions of the substantive and procedural legislation on judicial penalties, the practice of applying this legal institution. The question of the correlation of concepts is investigated: astrent, court penalty, penalty. The conclusion is made about the complexity of the legal nature of the court penalty.
