Article is devoted to urgent problems of development of regions of our country in the condition of the happening transformational transformations. These transformations shall help territorial subjects of the Russian Federation to correct a trajectory of the regional development and to increase its stability, to determine and accrue the additional competitive advantages allowing to improve line items of regions in global economic space. Need of development within territorial space of the peculiar localities capable to become «engines» of development of economic systems on meso-level is proved in article. In recent years is many regions of the South of Russia there where conditions for development of structural localities of an improving profile. The happening integration of such sectors of economy as health care, tourism, a recreations, physical culture an d sport in total with the specification leads to origin in economic space of the territory of new points of growth, new economic components into which potentials of sectors of social economy, independent before process of consolidation, are integrated. During the research strategy promoting transformation of a sanatorium zone to regional localization of an improving profile is revealed. The author has developed the tools promoting activizational of the specified integrations process. Offers and recommendations for process of creation of regional localization of an improving profile promote activization of proceeding in Russia aimed at the innovative development of domestic economy.
