Abstract:
The article analyzes the problems of execution of punishment of imprisonment women with children and pregnant women. Showing some social contradictions of finding the women in this category in isolation, as well as analysis of current international and foreign trends in this regard. Consider the possibility of release of women prisoners from punishment.
