Foreign experience of building E-government

The article discusses the experience of the functioning of e-government in EU countries, USA, Canada, South Korea and Singapore. The General conclusion that the management of many foreign countries see huge potential in the development and application of information and communication technologies in governance. For the effective implementation of information and communication technologies in the activities of state institutions and society, governments have developed the model of government using e-Government systems, which necessarily include the distribution networks on the territories of the countries, the increasing speed of the Internet, improving the quality of services provided and increase the availability of information. All of these methods increase the level of public confidence in e-Government and by state institutions, and will save you significant amounts of budget funds.
