Social and political leader of the XXI century: what is his portrait?

The state of the modern world allows us to say that today, at the beginning of the XXI century, humanity is on the threshold of a new era, including political. Every political epoch has a request for a certain model of a socio-political leader, on which the fate of whole societies and civilizations depends. Understanding of this request makes it possible to identify a person who in a particular state could become a socio-political leader capable of increasing the welfare and potential of society in a broad sense. The present article is devoted to the study of the model of the social subject-the political leader of the coming epoch. In the course of studying the topic, historical, formal-logical, analytical, comparative, prognostic and other particular scientific and general scientific methods of research are used. In conclusion, the author notes that at present scientific and technological progress has given the social and political leader a huge resource for increasing his strength and realizing his decisions. Accordingly, the possibilities of its influence on the society become more extensive. The author makes the assumption that if the portrait of the socio-political leader of the 21st century, proposed by him, many of the problems facing the world community can be solved.
