Abstract:
This article analyzes the sources of business regulation in the Russian Federation and of the factors influencing their development. The fundamental provisions of the Constitution of Russia, program guidance position set forth in the messages of the head of the Russian state Parliament, and their implementation in relevant Federal programs. Paid attention to the discussions on the adoption of codified acts related to the regulation of business activities. Arguing in favor of the improvement of the business legislation necessary to implement by means of legal acts containing requirements of a complex nature and would be developed at the level of fields of law.
