Abstract:
The article considers the problems of unification and harmonization of corporate legislation of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) on the basis of comparison with similar processes in the European Union (EU). Particular attention is paid to the development of Eurasian transnational corporations and general trends of corporate law in the integration of regional entities. The conclusions about the prospects of legal regulation of corporations in individual member states of the EAEU and the organization as a whole are formulated.
