Abstract:
Purpose. The purpose of this study is to analyze the measures of state support for small and medium-sized businesses. Model. Small and medium-sized businesses in many Western countries are a key factor in economic development. States are trying to create the necessary infrastructure to support such entities and provide them with assistance, including financial assistance. In Russia, small and medium-sized enterprises are not yet a driver of the economy, but our Government, realizing their strengths, has developed a system of state support aimed at long-term prospects in order to increase the number of such forms of business. Originality / value. The relevance and importance of state support for small and medium-sized businesses in a market economy is not in doubt.
