Existing approaches in the field of excellent enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in place of their issuance

This article focuses on the possibility of enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, canceled at the point of issuance. Delocalized approach allows to enforce an arbitral award, irrespective of the fate of such a decision in the country of arbitration, which stresses the transnational nature of the award. The territorial approach opposite to deny the possibility of bringing the fulfillment of awards canceled, arguing that if the award is canceled, then no award, which is enforceable. Presented and different approaches to the solution of this issue is considered established jurisprudence.
