Abstract:
For several decades, Russian society actively updated. Reforms are taking place in all spheres of society, including in education. Unfortunately, not all of them will bring positive results, and this is evidenced by the quality professionals today. In fairness it should be noted that this problem is global in scope and rooted in the problems of society as a whole. The society has lost the spiritual orientation, socio-economic difficulties; the short-sightedness of officials from the education is only a partial list of the causes of the current situation in Russian education. At the same time the acceleration of life rhythm and the flow of information, scientific-technical progress does not allow you to stand still dictate the need to improve the quality of vocational training. Meanwhile, the practice shows that today, universities have produced less of specialists capable of creative understanding of the profession. One of the key components of professionalism in this sense is the thinking of the specialist teacher, which depends on professional Outlook, a new attitude to vocational and educational activities. The problem of professional thinking of the teacher is one of the leading and fundamental themes in educational psychology. Its significance and relevance is determined by the role that pedagogical thinking plays in the organization of activities of the teacher, his professional behavior and communication.
