This article provides a comparative study of the views of foreign and domestic scholars and practitioners on the penetration of cooperative sources and principles into other legal patterns of economic (business ) activities abroad, in the Soviet Union and Russian Federation. Employee share profit schemes have been surveyed. The conclusion has been made on the need to move on to labor-managed model of workers’ participation in profit sharing in the agricultural business entities of any organization and legal form, agricultural production cooperatives included.
