Abstract:

In this article the author conducted historical and legal and comparing legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on the responsibility for sexual assault. Author studied all legal acts, ranging from Zoroastrianism to date, and all identified shortcomings and deficiencies of these acts. Using the method of analysis and comparison, established era development of Tajik law regarding sexual assault.
