Abstract:
The article deals with the use of the testimony of the same witness when he is interrogated in a criminal case under different data about his personality under conditions of his visual observation and under conditions that exclude his visual observation under a pseudonym. The author analyzed the problem when artificially created the appearance of the presence of different evidence from different carriers and by this the jurors are misled as two independent proofs.
