Abstract:
Abstract: The internal affairs bodies in the Russian Federation perform many functions, among which the main one is the fight against the spread of illegal behavior in society. This activity includes preventive and preventive work, the main element of which is propaganda. Propaganda activities are aimed at disseminating certain information in order to influence the legal consciousness of the population, increase its level and minimize the negative impact of specific illegal ideas and views. In this context, the development of the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies of employees of internal affairs bodies for the effective implementation of the above activities is of particular importance. The purpose of the present study is to analyze the features of the pedagogical support of propaganda work in the internal affairs bodies of Russia. The author comes to the conclusion that at present propaganda activity is of particular practical importance for ensuring public safety and law and order, since now the negative impact of many external and internal circumstances on the legal consciousness of the Russian population is most acute, which gives rise, among other things, to the spread of illegal behavior. Attention is focused on the current areas of propaganda work carried out by the internal affairs bodies, and the skills and competencies of employees of the internal affairs bodies necessary for their implementation. The need for interdisciplinary training of these persons is noted, including the formation of knowledge and skills in the field of pedagogy, psychology, communication practice, as well as the ability to use information and digital technologies, which will allow them to fully use the potential of this work in order to prevent and prevent the spread of illegal behavior in society.
