Abstract:
Abstract: There is analyzed the regulatory legal framework for conducting scheduled inspections of business entities in the implementation of state control (supervision) and municipal control in the face of unfriendly actions of some foreign states. It is noted that as regulatory easing, changes were made to some federal laws, in connection with which, in recent years, scheduled inspections have been carried out only in cases established by law. Attention is drawn to the special procedure established during scheduled inspections of small and medium-sized businesses.
