Civil Law Regulation of the Storage of Files of Members of Self-Regulating Organizations in the Construction Sector

Abstract: The purpose of the research. The article discusses one of the problematic and ambiguous issues that arise in self–regulating organizations of the construction sector - the transition to electronic document management and storage of documents in electronic form. The relevance of this issue is due to the digitalization of many areas of activity and, as a consequence, the need to address issues arising from the use and storage of electronic documents in self-regulatory organizations of the construction sector. The main goal of this work is to analyze the legislation regulating the legal status of electronic documents, as well as problematic surveys of the storage of cases of members of self-regulating organizations and formulate possible solutions to them. Results.The issues of storing the files of members of self-regulating organizations require reform at the legislative level.
