Abstract: The content of the Federal Law «On measures of influence (counteraction) on unfriendly actions of the United States of America and other foreign states» is analyzed; the concepts of «unfriendly actions», «political and economic sanctions», etc. are revealed; additions to the analyzed law are proposed that can increase the effectiveness of its application; the subject composition of persons subject to unfriendly actions is specified.
