Abstract:
The article reveals the systemic nature of the modern economy as the basis for building a mechanism for its state regulation. The authors analyse the forms of all the classic characteristics of the system in the national economy and show the systemic relationship of its elements covering the attributes of the Russian economy as a large system. Problems, that may be encountered in the formation of the state regulation mechanism, have been revealed and specific recommendations have been suggested to build a systemic model of the state regulation of the economy. The article is illustrated with examples from contemporary socio-economic life of Russia and other countries.
