Annotation:
Background: definition of possible ways of development of space activity in the direction of improvement of systems of removal of spacecraft’s into an orbit Materials and methods: engineering and economic methods of the analysis of space systems on the basis of mathematical modeling combined with statistical methods, and the use of project management techniques Results: the analysis of programs of development of hypersonic technologies and the creation of reusable systems for spacecraft’s, the evaluation unit cost of launch, depending on the multiplicity of their application Conclusions: it is shown that the development of reusable systems for spacecraft is a promising direction that can rely on the results of a partial study programs hypersonic technologies and in the long run become the basis of achievement of competitive advantages in the exploration of space for various purposes.
