Some aspects of the calculus in terms of constitutional and legal relations

The purpose of writing of this work – on the example of concrete constitutional and legal term – a term of office of government bodies and officials to analyse process of calculation of terms in a constitutional law. Methodological basis for writing of work were scientific methods of knowledge of the public phenomena and processes: formal and logical and comparative and legal. From the formal and logical comparisons, classification, systematization which helped to carry out the deep analysis of the legal nature, contents of concept "term in constitutional legal relations were used. The comparative and legal method allowed to reveal common features and features of terms in the public relations. Having allocated the general rules of calculation of terms in the public relations, rules and various modes of change of terms in constitutional legal relations are concretized. The conclusion is drawn on importance and the importance of establishment of certain time frames in the form of terms in the sphere constitutional legal relations. Consideration of a question of terms of office of government bodies and official at general-theoretical level it is urged to solve a problem of their constitutional justification adequate to specific conditions of development of statehood of Russia and CIS countries. Provisions and the conclusions containing in this research work, can be used for theoretical researches on problems of legal regulation of constitutional and legal terms, and also can be used when teaching separate subjects on disciplines "Constitutional law", "The state and right theory" at the higher school. Some provisions it can be used in rule-making, at improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation and CIS countries on a problem of regulation of terms of office of government bodies and officials
