Abstract:
The work analyzes the neighboring law in the civil law of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the United States. A special emphasis is made in the study of the essence of this institution and the laws of development. A common model for the countries of the European legal system is designed and the precedent practice of American law is characterized.
