Abstract:

The article substantiates the need for effective State demographic policy of the country on the basis of studying the characteristics of the present demographic situation, its trends and implications, formulation of evidence-based recommendations Management development of the population. The importance of the development of specific social programs aimed at optimizing the reproduction of the population and the regulation of marriage and family relations.
