RIGHT TO EDUCATION AS A FACTOR OF POLITICAL SOCIALIZATION

The purpose of writing this article - to consider the relationship between the right to education, the acquisition of high-quality knowledge and basic function of political science - political socialization. Methodology: System study of the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation determines the main directions, conditions and factors of the interdependence of education and socialization in the world of politics. This method of research examines political relations as a whole system of interrelations of phenomena and events of the political process. The institutional approach involves the study of political institutions, special and non-special agents of socialization. Conclusions: Russia Analysis of Russian and foreign literature, regulations leads to the conclusion that the question posed in the article is relevant to the current stage of development. The study is possible with an integrated approach to the problem posed studies correlating global practices and securing the right to education, the specificity of political socialization during occurring stages of development. Practical: It is possible to the theoretical understanding of a number of issues relating to the practical application of new technologies and mechanisms of political socialization in order to acquire the new personality of political knowledge at the expense of their own activities and intensify the political mobility. Social consequences: An important experience of the question as a factor aimed at excising anomichnosti society, the democratization of the mass consciousness and political behavior. Originality, value: The novelty of the study is the relationship of the question of the degree of identity and its activity, awareness of participation in politics.
